Pack It In:
NBA Basketball Defensive Terminology: A concept in which the defensive players are in a “ corral presence ” at the basketball  (external link) court elbows or at the pro lane line to shorten different driving gaps.

1. To stop doing something

2. A very country way of saying to quit, give it up, or stop trying. Originates from pack it up, which is what you would tell some one when youre done doing something and ready to move onto the next thing.
